Does anyone have a Port recipe?

Hi All,
My long-sufering wife has finally begun to take an interest in what I do while cluttering up the kitchen and has asked if it is possible to make a port. Is it? And if it is, do any of you have a workable recipe?

I don't have a port recipe but last year I made blackberry whisky (like sloe gin but different ingredients) which was very port like

I have a bottle made from that recipie which was made in 1993 :whistle: .

I keep on saying that I will drink it on a special occasion but I keep on leaving it until the next 30th, 40th, first child, second child (I did make a dj of port for each of them for their 18th). I think I will leave it till my 50th and also learn how to make cheese so that I can have a big round of stilton with it :lol: :lol:

Moley did you make GA's recipe with all that fruit. I love port so I will defo be having a go at it. Only thing is I don't know of anywhere locally I can get the fruit with out buying it.
