Here's something I'm not sure about. I'm not sure if I need a heat belt for my kit or not.

I won't be brewing in a shed (it's tiny and filled with all my dad's tools and unused gardening stuff), and will be brewing in the kitchen.

At the moment, the ambient temperature of the house is around the 20degrees C mark (ish), without the central heating on.

Come winter, we'll have the central heating on some of the time, but not all of the time, as we'd just put the fire on in the living room and/or put a jumper on before going for the central heating.

So, should I invest in one, or not?
