Hello all - I am looking for more hop bitterness, flavour and aroma, having already increased hops to 150 gm per 25 litres. My water analysis is (ppm) calcium 85, chloride 74, sulphate 113, magnesium 9 - thanks.

Not necessarily...for more bitterness you can add more/higher AAU hops at start of boil. For more aroma and flavour add most/the rest at the end of boil or a hop stand at 80c for about half hour, and do a dry hop.

Clint - I am adding 75 gm at 4 minutes and 75 gm at 2 minutes - it is not giving me a nice aroma...

Dry hop with T90 pellets is not practical - but I will throw in 100 gm Eldorado leaf 5 minutes after boil end.....

Clint - because I cannot strain all of them out so tiny bits of hop stay in suspension...

Ah right 'o...I was going to say...if you could cold crash it any pellet residue will drop to the bottom..
Definitely give the 80c a try..
