hi

i have got a pan today to do some extract brewing.
im thinking of buying bulk 25kg of dme but i can not seem to find any. i have seen lme so could i use this instead of dme.

you need more LME than DME in a recipe. worcs hop shop sell it -

10kg DME is enough for about 4-5 brews. i would watch the liquid though, it's known to go mouldy if not used quickly!
