Considering a tower for a soon to be built kegerator - looking to do something like this clicky

Where could I get a 'toilet bowl gasket' or similar for cheap that would fit a pvc pipe..

A plumbers merchants or make your own using silicone sheet ( e-bay) :thumb:

I think in this instance the gasket is used to attach the vertical to the flat of the fridge so thesilicon sheet wouldnt work.

Somethings been lost in translation there R, a gasket is just that, a seal, well in this country anyway :lol:
I think you're asking/they're describing a flanged tank connector ...look right to you ?
