Disturbing sediment

If I have a corny just about empty few pints left
Can i disconnect gas to force carb another then reattach to first one without disturbing sediment

Just be careful not to rock the keg and you'll be fine.

Just disconnect the gas. There will be enough pressure left to dispense the last few pints.

I turn the gas off to mine when I know it's getting towards the end. Saves a bit of CO2 by not filling an empty keg with it.

I don't find sediment disturbing at all

I find it reassuring that fermentation has occurred.

How many pints do u reckon will come out with no gas connection

I get at least 2 or 3 and there is still gas in the keg when I pull the relief valve when completely empty. If it really slows down you can always squirt a bit more in.
