dishwasher parts for ag brewery

I have a broken catering industry dishwasher anyone know if there are any useful parts inside? it must have a pump. I can see a thermometer and a nice element.

wonder if you coild use the spray arm for sparging
and the filter must be stainless so you could also use that for stopping hops or grain through the taps
think that would be all but you could allways strip it down and sell it all as it must have a fair bit of copper wire
and metal allways has a resale value but not too much for stainless if I remember last time I was at scrap yard
