I recently had a problem whereby a supplier acknowledged my order and then apparently disappeared, i.e. website not available, leaving me unable to contact them regarding progress of my order. I advised my credit card supplier Partnership of the problem and was very pleased to note on my statement that the money taken from the card had been refunded. Spoke to Partnership today to thank them for their prompt and successful intervention to learn that the credit came from my potential supplier and not through Partnership's actions.
I've had no communication from the supplier on this matter although I have purchased at least 3 orders from them in the past.
Is the moral "give it time" or invoke your Credit Card Company if there is a problem?
