Due to calendar conflicts, me and my pals (a.k.a Dinky Brewing Co) only managed to do our first brew of 2023 today, we went with a NEIPA - went pretty well, tried a few new toys out (water pump for chiller, thick marigolds for the sparge)
Hit OG and left the sucker to get eaten by some Imperial A38, dry hopping towards the end of primary - watch this space!
20L Batch Size:
4kg - Extra Pale Malt Crisp
700g - Flaked Torrefied Oats Crisp
450g - Vienna Malt Crisp
300g - Carapils Weyermann
8g Simcoe at 60m
8g Amarillo at 20m
8g Simcoe at 20m
8g Citra at 20m
5g Amarillo at 5m
5g Simcoe at 5m
5g Citra at 5m
120g Citra Dry Hopped
100g Simcoe Dry Hopped
50g Amarillo Dry Hopped
Imperial A38 “Juice” Yeast
