I've got quite a few beers on at the moment, and I brewed in this order..

Coopers Cerveza, Admirals Reserve, Coopers Stout, On the Rocks Lime & Strawberry

everything has carbonated apart from the Admirals Reserve. back a couple of weeks after I bottled it and it wasn't carbonated I was 100% sure I'd added carbonation drops (2 per 500ml bottle).

now its been another month at a solid 21 degrees C in my fermentation fridge, and nothing has changed.

is it possible the yeast has died? or I forgot the sugar? how do I tell??

I can't think of a way to tell other than opening the bottle and listening for the SCHHHHH!! If there is none then I'd interpret that as having no priming sugar.

Its now a case of cracking open each bottle and putting a 1/2 tspn full of sugar in each bottle a real PITA!!

Good luck with your thankless task - hay who said home brewing was meant to be easy!!
;) ;)

I use the same amount of sugar to prime everything and most stuff ends up pretty flat, to be honest, but I'm not bothered. However, I can't pour a whole bottle of my Admiral's Reserve without it frothing up and out of the glass!
