Desperate for taste

I've had O/P out of primary fermentation for 5 weeks this weekend and desperate for a Friday session on it. Alcohol volume for this is around 5.7%. Can i get away with it? :pray:

5 weeks should be plenty of time. I'm sure commercial brewers don't give it nearly that long. :drink:

In the early days of your brewing you should be tasting at every opportunity, so you can get a handle on how different beers develop and when they hit their "sweet spot". I say go for it :
