Hi all,
Sorry for the noob question...
Ill be putting my first attempt at homebrew lager into a keg in the next few days. Its a Coopers Australian Lager kit. I Put 1 kilo of brewing sugar, Glucose, in the mix at the beginning instead of normal white sugar. Ive heard that putting a little Demerara Brown sugar in the keg with the rest being glucose to prime the keg is a good idea. Is this correct or not a good idea??? :wha:

Any advice would be appreciated,

Stick to pale coloured sugars in pale coloured beers otherwise you will darken the beer too much. . . . Plus a lot of the paler kit beers have a 'delicate' flavour which will be offset by the flavours from the darker sugars
