Big smile cos I've got a nice new box on my kitchen table full of grain - 10kg Maris Otter plus crystal and caramalt, and some EKG and Northern Brewer pellets to add to my hop stocks. Also something I've not used before, two tubes of Clarityferm, to make some low gluten beer. It's designed to prevent chill haze but also breaks down gluten, leaving very little gluten in your brew. A 10ml tube costs £1.50 and will treat 25 litres of beer.
