Decoction mashing videos

Decoction mashing was a bit of a mystery to me not knowing why or how to do it.

But after some research about brewing up a witbier and whats needed to mash unmalted grain, such as wheat, i came across these youtube videos decoction vid

I found them both entertaining and educational and on going to try one soon. Hope some one else finds the useful

BrauKaiser, or Kai as he's known on the brewboard I frequent, has decoction mashing down to a science, quite literally. Check out his website. He's got a lot of information about decoctions and brewing in general. I used those same videos when I attempted my first decoction on a German Alt. Good stuff!
