Hi all.
sorry to post this as i know the answer is on here somewhere as ive read it but cant find it,anyway i am doing my 3rd AG brew tomorrow a Bass from DL book how much do i increase the malts and do i reduce hops.
 johnluc

It is said that you should increase the malts by 20% and decrease the hops by the same amount. Not tried that one but most of his recipes are reasonable.

have done 2 from his book london pride & directors i think i increased malts 20% & reduced hops 10%. they both turned out absolutely gorgeous, living in france english mates are drinking it quicker than i can brew it. wish i had done it sooner.

I'm brewing the Palmers IPA tomorrow.I've reduced the bittering hops by 20g (25%) as his hop rates look crazy-golf  and replaced all the sugar with pale malt.
