Hi there,
I have been lurking on here since early March.
I found this site from Jim's Beer Kit site and I started brewing on 8th Jan 2012 (woodforde's wherry) and last night I bottled my 9th brew (Brewferm Grand Cru). So, I think it is safe to say that I have bitten hard on the home brewing hobby. I have 3 barrels at various stages of consumption and conditioning and about 250 bottles in the garage in a variety of crates.
I am tempted to go all grain but think I should first try to enjoy the beers I have made so far before I make a final decision and SWMBO might get annoyed if a bunch of shiny pots and things start appearing around the house. She has been very good too (so I can't complain) with my commandeering the kitchen every time I come up with a new idea and also lots of brewing kit lying about the place anyway, with fermenting bins, crates, bottles, barrels, bags of malt and hops tucked away in the bottom of the fridge etc etc
I live in Hemel, work in central London and my real name is Jeff. My mates nickname me Spuddy so my brews have that moniker on them...
