Seems Dark Star has sold the brewery to Fullers. The Dark Star management will keep running the pubs they have and Fullers will continue to brew at the Dark Star site.

I reckon they will move production to Chiswick within 18 months. Why have two sites when there is enough capacity @ Fullers.
