Has anyone brewed this yet ? My question is did the yeast do ok being as it’s only a six gram pack, only use 11 gr packs normally bit worried that six ain’t going to get the job done as it seems like under pitching to me . If I swapped it out with another yeast what would any of you guys an gals recommend or am I worrying about nothing. Have got in stock nottingham from cml ; S 05; S 04, and a hazy from cml, just like to add always make a starter. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Yes, was good too.

I often swap out with Kveik but just used what it came with (rehydrated) and no problem. It ended up about 4.2%.

I did it with 1kg extra light dme and california lager yeast and it is has come out really nice.
