I'm currently sat in the Bottle and Glass Inn at the Black country museum, drinking a dandelion and burdock stout.
Has anyone tried it, and has anyone got a recipe?
It's bloody lovely!

Sounds hazardous. we all know what dandelion is good for (the French are a bit more forth-right with what they call it), burdock has "diuretic" qualities too. I have enough trouble dealing with hops in beer … hang-on, what's that picture of as your avatar?

I've just got to pop out for a bit...

The beer in their pub is apparently brewed on site.
Why not ask them for a recipe.
The worst you will get is a 'Thanks for asking but no'.
