Dalex tap to bottom tap plastic keg, what should I expect?

Got a few Dalex taps for my birthday and fitted one to the bottom of an old Boots Barrel. Sealed very well and holding pressure too but what should I expect from this?

It has a built in creamer and I have my Oatmeal Stout in it just now but what should the flow look like? I have never used one and it just seems flat when I open the tap.

Should it not cream up since its pushing the beer through the small holes?

Any ideas?? Pressure seems good.

Aurora Pale Ale is almost finished so gonna fit the other to the bottom of my Kingkeg.

does it push backwards (away from you) for a foam blast?

on my enodis taps depending on the brew and carbonation i'll push backward to start the pour for a second or two for a bit of creamyness then fill up the pint. then maybe give it another blast at the end if it needs it :thumb:

Nope doesnt seem to work like that. Its almost like the small holes in the creamer just arnt doing their job.

Phoned Leyland HB and asked Joe. He said it comes down to the condition of the beer, if its too early it wont cream up.

They are good taps tho!
