Apologies if this sounds daft but...
after the secondary fermentation stage the bottles go into the cool place (ie kitchen cupboard) to clear for a few weeks (ie as long as i can resist drinking them lol). Now as im struggling for space i wondered if, once they have cleared, if i then store them somewhere else (another room which may be a bit warmer) until they will be drunk, is this ok or will it have a detrimental effect on the beer?

Thanks for that :thumb:
No it wouldn't be for much longer than a couple of months or so. Just that im making more lately than ever and running out of space, SWMBO also wants to store other stuff in kitchen cupboards... ya know, daft things like food n stuff ;)
