Crystal 150 for Dead Pony?

Was intending to brew today but just found out the local homebrew shop now is only open Mon-Thu, would have thought a Saturday would be the busiest day of the week! Anyway, I was intending to do a dead pony clone and the official brewdog recipe has Crystal 150 in it. Does this seem correct? Seems a bit dark for a session pale ale! Anybody brewed it before and did you use Crystal 150?

Brewed it several times using "dark crystal" which I am presuming is the same. I only use about 5% though plus 17.5% caramalt and the remainder extra pale malt. Turns out great.

Perfect, think I went with some dark Munich as the brew shop was closed and a nice member of my local club donated me some grain.
