"Crabapple" type apple wine

We have a rather productive tree which produces small but sweet apples that are too small for eating or cooking.

I'm not a cider drinker but would like to use these in a wine this next summer/autumn.

Can anyone suggest a recipe?

I could suggest Apfelwein which is the German version of Cider although it taste different from English Cider.

You can drink Apfelwein also mixed with sparkling water or a soda!

Use about 3 kilo of them, plus 1kg of sugar, plus usual wine stuff, to make apple wine?
