Corny help

Just got our first corny, and are about to keg up Ah, F**k it - how the hell do you connect the gas to the corny? Norm has provided us a regulator and pipe with quick disconnects on both ends, along with a couple of john guest fittings, but we can't attach the gas to the keg via the regulator.


Any ideas???
