hi all, i need to clean 2 corny kegs, what chemicals do you use,
i have starsan for sanitising, need a cleaner.
thanks sam.

Hot water, detergent and elbow grease!

Or, if really mucky and stubborn hard to reach bits a soak in Oxyclean or PBW first.

Really thorough rinse with fresh water, then you're ready for StarSan.

Pbw is amazing. Make sure you remove the dip tube and clean that with a tube brush after you give the keg a good shake with hot pbw mix. Rinse with water, drain, then Starsan, shake, and store till use.

Start with Sodium Percarbonate, seal the keg, shake to get pressure up then vent the connects to blow cleaner through the pipes and connection pillars. Shake every 5 minutes for around 30 minutes, vent connects again and empty.

Rinse with cold water, then add boiling water and seal. Shake it up again and vent steam through the connects.

Finally, star san and a touch of pressure and blow that through the connects.
