got a keg that's leaking from the out post the popper valve is new I've only used the keg 3 times and it was reconditioned keg from brew uk.
it's fine if I leave the tap on but when I take it off beer starts to leak from the little bit on top. it doesn't seen to sit right but I can't get it to sit any better
Any suggestions ?
Thanks

Don't think so I may have taken them out when sterilising are in poppets and out poppets the same ? the gas poppet seems fine it's just the out post? so if I had muddled them up would they not bothe leak ?

Not necessarily, it depends on the posts they're sealing. Being careful not to contaminate, naturally, take the posts and poppets off and have a good look at them. It may be that the leaking one has just seated awkwardly :thumb:

I've done that I left the tap on for the last brew so it didn't leak. Then when it was gone i just filled it with water and messed around with it and no joy water still weeps out! I might just buy a new post with a poppet in it's doing my head in.
Is there a trick to putting the poppets in the posts after cleaning them ?

What's your pressure at? Mine leaks a tiny bit at low (1psi ish) pressure, but whacking some more gas in makes it seal properly.

There is no trick to putting them back together just be very careful that everything goes back straight if you know what i mean. If you need a new one i beleive Norm sells them around £10
