I have a 70/30 mix gas bottle and regulator, I would like to run up to 4
cornie kegs from the gas bottle, can anyone tell me the best/cheapest way to do this and also what I would need

cheers all

Has the reg got a gauge on it that'll read 2-4 psi?? If so you can just attach the 3/8 gas line to the reg and have the pipe split 4 times using 3 T pieces. This way will give you 4 kegs of the same carbonation. Thats the cheapest or you can get a gas management board of Norm, I'm sure I have seen he does 4's I have a 6 way board.

This way you can control the gas to each cornie if you have different Levels of carbonation required

Sorry the camera is not goos at taking close ups but these are the gauges on the reg,

left gauge showing 0 - 60 lbf/in and 0 -4 bar
right guage I believe to be showing the contents of the bottle

My BOC mixed gas bottle is above 100 bar to first reg valve...
Is yours a secondary reg valve or is your bottle at a lower pressure?

It does look very much like that regulator

I dont know much about these at all, the info on the valve is...

max inlet pressure 4500psi @ 40c
Relief 55 psig -4c to 40c

will this be ok to use then, it has been tested and valid until 2011

Its a 16.9kg bottle, showing CP 208 BAR & TP 345 BAR,
does this make any sense? I am confused now
High pressure cylinders have to be hydraulically tested periodically and stamped with a ‘valid until’ or re-test date.

That's Charging Pressure and Test Pressure.

If it is mixed gas it will have a male cylinder connector.

And 4500psi inlet pressure sounds like mixed gas to me (2000psi bottle pressure IIRC . . . CO2 is 800psi Bottle pressure)
