That is not a Co2 regulator. It connects the gas in part of the keg and shows you the pressure inside.
My local brew shop sell this. I think you will have to still drill the lid to install it. Then you use the pressure valve you linked to see what pressure you have applied. Be warned there is no presure relise valve on this so you will need to be deilagent with your co2 bursts (having said that they cornies are rated up to 100psi and go further).
