Have had an excellent experience with pouring the coopers devils ruby porter from the bottle into a glass. I can get every last drop of liquid without ant sediment and was wondering if this is unique to this strain of yeast in this kit? Also, does the type of priming sugar used have an effect on the yeast sediment sticking to the bottom of the bottle. In this case I primed with half teaspoon of muscavado per 500ml bottle.
I was searching about the forum for the yeast in the coopers kits and came across a list from @terrym But couldn't find anything specific when googling the code for the yeast in this kit A (26815 S).
