Hey, i'm thinking about doing the Coopers Wheat Beer kit. And i dont want to use the sugar mambo-jambo, so i was thinking about doing this:

Then i want to replace the sugar with an un-hopped what malt extract 1,5kg

The yeas provided in the kit is probably some cheap lame stuff, so I'm thinking about using ta bag of "Munich German wheat beer yeast"

Looking good? Any thoughts? Anything you would change? I'm not feeling ready to do the hopping manually yet, so using 2 un-hopped kits is not an option yet..

This will be my first What beer, and the first time using this brand of yeast. What temperature does it like?

Looks good, Hopping easy :D just measure them out make a large cup of hop tea, strain and throw in the :thumb: fv.

The question is really; is the un hopped can enough to replace about 1kg of sugar? i want it around the regular 4,5% ish...
