Hello everyone :thumb: I was just wanting to know if anyone has tried this kit or any other wheat beer kits as i have decided to do one next. I do have an idea that i can use but just want some feedback first. :D

Its a good kit. If you want it a little stronger, just brew it short to 32 pints. I have the same kit ready to brew in the shed but as I type, a friend and I are just putting the finishing touches to the woodburner which has gone in to keep me warm while brewing during the colder months.

Thanks for the speedy reply and i hope you get the wood burner done, hmm i wouldnt mind one of those :hmm:. Is there anything you would add to it to make it any better like change the yeast or add hops ect?

I'm drinking the Coopers Wheat beer just now.
It went well, and after a few weeks tastes pretty good.
I'm not sure how I would improve it, though brewing slightly short would probably be a plan next time.

Ive just got this kit, i was planning on brewing short to 32 pints or so and at the end (2nd ferment) adding some fresh raspberry juice to make a sort of fruit/wheat beer combo.

Anyone got any opinion on the raspberry part? will it spoil it do you think?

Thanks.
