Hi All, just purchased a Coopers IPA to try out, anybody used this before. Good choice? Have brewed a couple of the St Peter's ale lately and all were nice.

Coopers IPA is "ok" I did it with 50/50 dme/brewing sugar.

Preferred John Bull IPA though by a long way.

What sugars/extracts are you planning on using etc?

Out of 12 kits this is by far my favourite . Brewed as per instructions with 500dry malt and 300 dextrose thought the Og was low at 1036 but it finished at 1008. I shed a tear when the keg ran dry.

I am sure you will enjoy it when ready.

I liked the first one so much that I just finished bottling 80 pints of it, brewed with 1kg DME and some extra hops for flavour/aroma, can not wait till its ready.
