after having a few slight concerns,my coopers is pretty much done.
after giving bottles a swirl, yeast has fallen to the bottom, all clear and tasting good. i put them in my shed to cool and they have been in the bottle 2 weeks and 1 day now they taste very good to me and if i was to leave longer for taste to improve more. EVEN BETTER!
But im thinking, when i go back for more "god, where have all them gone".
these bottles never seem to last long enough :lol:
any way well worth the wait. just waiting for my next lot to ferment :cheers:
