Got this kit ready to go at home but realised the recommenced enhancer says to use more than simple sugars and the ingredients in my enhancer are maltose & dextrose.

What enhancers would you recommend with this kit?

I was tempted to buy some light dry malt and then make it up with the enhancer I currently have (maltose & dextrose)?

If you already have 500g of enhancer you can either use it with 500g or more of light or extra light DME (spraymalt) or substitute it entirely with DME. I have done this kit several times and the similar pilsner and I used 500g dextrose and 500g DME brewed to 22 litres and the end products came out at around 4.7% which was fine for me.
The kit comes with a lager yeast so it gives you the opportunity to ferment at lower temperatures than would be the case if an ale yeast had been supplied. So you could go down to 16*C and ferment at that if you wanted, and that will give a 'cleaner' taste to the lager. If you go much lower than 16*C the 7g yeast supplied may struggle although some people appear to have managed a low as 13*C. But be aware that the lager needs a long time to come good, about 3 months conditioning, so although you can drink it before it is better to wait in my view.

Thanks guys. In the end I used a mixed beer enhancer which was 50/50 dried malt/dextrose and added a little more dried malt extract.
