Hi I am very new to brewing I've done a few kits with decent success and currently have a European lager kit on which uses a lager yeast. My sg was 1042 at 21deg and I've fermented at 11deg for 3 weeks the gravity reading now is 1020 which isn't low enough but the temp is 11 deg can someone tell me how adjust for the lower temp please?
 
Thanks I've put the info in and my adjusted temp is 1.019 do I add this to my gravity reading at 11 deg or my sg at 21?
