Coopers enhancer 2 of 2

Hi,

I have a mate doing the ceveza kit and he is planning on adding double the enhancer 2 kit and 2 tins of the coopers to the same wort. I have said I think 2 enhancers would be to much.

Can anyone advise if its best to add 1 or no harm in adding 2

It’ll probably be unbalanced. The iso-hop extract will only be in the kit and will be set to balance the fermentable if brewed as instructed.
Not to say it’ll be a bad beer but will be sweeter than it’s meant to be. Also a lot of sugar in there so might struggle to hit FG as the yeast will be dosed for the gravity of the kit and could run out of steam. Sugar has very little nutrition and although there’s some malt in the enhancer I believe it’s a higher proportion of sugar/maltodexrines.
