I'm brewing a devil's porter and it's been fermenting for 14 days, starting at an sg of 1.054 and has now reached an sg of 1.014 and seems be steady at that sg, should I leave a few days and test it again or just go for it a transfer it to my king keg pressure barrel

Just checked my records. I had done that one three times and twice reached 1010 and 1011 with one using the yeast that came with it.

However everyone is different and if yours has been in in fermenter for 2 weeks and steady for a few days then I would suspect it's done.
