Coopers Brewmaster Stout

Ok I am considering brewing a coopers Brewmaster stout, my current thoughts are to add one can of dark malt extract and was wondering as a relative NEWBIE can I potentially hop this with Fuggles as a Hop tea kind of affair?

I was going to boil a few litres of water on the stove with a hop bag containing some fuggles then adding this to the FV at the outset.

Any thoughts?

I've not drank many stouts in my time, but i've definitely never drank a hoppy one.

This is entirely up to you though. Perhaps someone with more knowledge than me can confirm tif they have ever tried to dry hop a stout, and what the outcome was.
