Just about to start this kit any got any ideas what to add Dme Lme sugar etc?

...which is a mix of DME and glucose sugar.

use extra light dme or light dme about 1kg depending on recipe , if you really want to make it special you could get some carapils /crystal malt grains( maybe 500g and 500/750 light dme) put em in a muslin cloth and heat as large a pan you got of water to around 66c and leave to soak for 30 ish mins (take pan off hob , pop lid on and wrap in towel to maintain heat) pour liquid into fv then pour similar amount of 66c water back into pan with grains and leave for 10 mins then pour liquid into fv , now do kit as you normally do . This will increase the quality lots . If you really want to go mad for it you could also use hops , just boil up as much water as you can with dme in it and add some saaz (or other type) into the pan for around 30 mins and a few more at 10 mins left (maybe 20g each time ), hope it turns out good however to brew it
