I brewed this beer with Coopers Beer Enhancer. It was in FV1 for 12 days and then I moved it to FV2 and dry hopped it with some Chinooks for a fortnight. Bottled it using carb drops (one per 500ml bottle) and kept it in the warm for another couple of weeks. Been in the cool garage now for about 3 weeks.
When opened there is a nice fizz and when poured in produces quite a frothy head. It tastes great (bit like Oakham Inferno) but the head disappears completely within a minute or so.
I plan to do this APA again and try a different hop or even Elderflowers? I just need some advice on how you get better head retention please? Not sure if I have done anything wrong? :wha:
