I've recently tasted a batch of brew and was disappointed to find there was a "greasy" flavour to it, I've found out what caused it, vegetable oil mistakenly stored in the container I use to dilute the sugar for the second fermentation, this container can be replaced for a few pennies but the barrel is a King Keg therefore not cheap to replace. Anyway my question is! What is the best product to clean the contamination out of the barrel,if any, I may have to go down the bleach route as a last resort, any help will be appreciated, many thanks and happy brewing
