Connecting beer pull

I've been given a strongbow single beer pull from a pub. It has 3 pipes running into it. I presume 2 are in and out the cooling system and 1 is for the beer. If that is correct is the smaller diameter pipe for the beer? I can't find any info.

I am not familiar with this particular tap but I think your assumptions are correct.
You should be able to use it without the cooling. You could test by cobbling the small pipe to the sink tap and see if it works. (Not my fault if you spray water everywhere :-D)
