Forgive me Brothers for I have sinned

I gave into temptation and poured myself a sample of Effin Half Wit .. . From the Fermenter

This is not my first time

How can I avoid the shame of being found out

How was it?????
Yeasty  From what had collected in the racking tube  I was just going to clear the racking tube prior to casking . . . . honest . . . and it took a pint to clear it  . . . . It's a sin to the brewing gods to pour away beer samples . . . isn't it?.

Unfortunately the yeasty sample is now having it's traditional effect

Then shouldn't it be Mrs Aleman you're asking for forgiveness?

I regularly sup from the gravity samples and discard the rest. I think it's an important QC check :D . I think I could estimate the gravity +/- 0.003 based on the taste :D

Oh the gravity was 1.011 ;) . . . not that it went near a hydrometer

I think one should brew again and see if one is tempted again   It may be just a one off.
