Hi brewers
I have just bottled 75 pints of lager which are sitting in my spare room at a temperature between 18- 21 degrees in a weeks time they will be transferred to the shed but at the moment the shed is the same temperature my question is can I put the bottles in a plastic waterproof container and top it up with cold water to keep the temp down
Cheers for any help :![Small Cheers cheers: cheers:](https://web.archive.org/web/20230418144719/https://www.world-of-smilies.com/wos_essen/nahrung002.gif)
