After spending a week conditioning in a warm place I normally put my keg in the garage as its coolish. Trouble is with the warm weather it's about 20 degrees in there.

I have a spare fridge freezer, could I just put my keg in the fridge for a few weeks to condition?

I don't think so , leave it in the garage.

I split a TTL clone with a friend, he fridged his and reckons it could be better.

Mines been in the garage.

Shared some with some friends tonight.

No complaints.

cheers

Hi brewers

I have the same problem my bottles are in the spare room at the moment at 20 degrees next week there due to go into the shed but the temp is about the same I don't have a spare fridge any ideas how I can condition them at a lower temp

This hot weather is another reason a top tap keg has an advantage, dunk it in a bath of cold water and the tap doesn't get water in it as a risk :)

Pity this didn't dawn on me earlier, my one maturing keg is a bottom tap, and it's 19 degrees in my outhouse, let's hope the wet T shirt trick is working :)
