Hoping someone can help.
I was bough a beer in september which i was saving. It was a ruby porter made by a local brewery.
Opened it today and it started foaming iut of the bottle! Had been stored in a cool dry place and the move to open it was all of 5 metres if that!
Now, what would cause this? Unfortunately after many slow pours and pint after pint of foam i gave up and opened an El Dorado hopped New England IPA.
Its a shame because the small amount i tasted was really good.
