Collecting Yeast

Hi all, I've collected the Wyeast from the bottom of the fermenting bin, placed it in sterilized bottle's and placed in the fridge is this OK, will it be OK for later use this way.

Yes it will, but if you want to culture yeast seriously go with UP!
