James Lovelock, one of the founding protagonists of climate-change crapola
At least James Lovelock has a substantial IQ and understands what's happening. His Gaia theory is interesting if you take a lot of trouble to think about it and understand -- it's not the "Earth is a living system" concept which most people seem to believe it is, it's more about complex feedback systems involving everything (living and non-living) within the whole planetary biosphere. The same planetary biosphere which we all depend on and which the morons who govern us are in the process of irreversably f--king up. Those in government seem to be more concerned with their own fortunes and political futures than with the welfare of the people, the country and the future of the human race.
This, perhaps, is why we resort to alcohol and brewing our own so that we can get enough quantity at good enough quality and low enough price. I'm off to open another bottle.
