Hey guys, I’m struggling for space for a fermentation fridge,
I currently have a fermzilla and 2 corny keg kegerator and have been having to dry hop at 22c+ and have found I am getting quite a lot of bitterness from my brews and am wanting to get more of the aroma/citrus tropical notes and after lots of research seems I should be dry hopping for 1-3 days which I am but at 14c or less
So was wondering could I add hops to cold bottled water in The fridge for 3 days with carbonation cap and filter on end of line then closed transfer to fermzilla and get the cold extraction I want with no problems? Obviously I would brew short to equate for the water used for cold hop tea
Any help greatly appreciated
