I have acquired a fridge for brewing in the shed, as My 2nd effort at a Brewmaker Premium Pilsner Kit is almost at the bottling stage, I'm wondering if it would be worth cold crashing it.
My 1st attempt I used Liquid Malt Enhancer, which turned out quite hazy but tasty enough, this one I've used brewing sugar instead, I transferred into the bottling bucket today and stirred in a bentonite mixture as this too is very hazy, would cold crashing for a couple of days be worth it?

I cold crashed my larger for a few days, most went into a corey, the others went into bottles, after 2 weeks in the it's still not clear, the keg is in the fridge and plan for it to be for for atleast another 2 weeks - hopefully longer if I don't run out of supplies. There is a lot of options on the benifit, I found the cold crash helped dripping the hops down but with a mesh bag on the siphon I doubt it made much difference.
